February 15 B.J. McLeod Motorsports welcomes road course talent for Zippo 200

Young Guns set for XFINITY Series run at WGI

Driver: Josh Bilicki
Sponsor: No. 8 Prevagen Chevrolet

WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. – Fresh off respectable finishes in last Saturday’s U.S. Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway, B.J. McLeod Motorsports (BJMM) will welcome two road course specialists for Saturday afternoon’s Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen (N.Y.) International Raceway.

Richfield, Wisc. native Josh Bilicki will drive the team’s No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro in the first of three-road course races this season. Bilicki will make his second NASCAR XFINITY Series start of the season and first for B.J. McLeod Motorsports.

It won’t be the first road course for Bilicki, however, as he made his Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series debut earlier this season at Sonoma (Calif.) Raceway.

Before leaping to the NASCAR XFINITY Series last season with Obaika Racing, Bilicki, 21, honed his skills on road courses throughout the country successfully building a resume in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), TA2 Series, NASA Pro Racing, among others.

In addition to his XFINITY Series efforts last season, the Trans Am Series competitor also continued to race in several road racing sanctions at his home track of Road America (Wisc.) in Elkhart Lake producing several podium finishes.

Prevagen, a brain health support supplement will back Bilicki’s debut at Watkins Glen. Prevagen is clinically shown to help with mild memory problems associated with aging.

Prevagen is safe and uniquely supports brain function.

“I’m excited and very thankful for this opportunity,” says Bilicki. “I certainly have much more road course experience than I do overall experience, so I feel like this will be more of an equal playing field between myself and my competitors. B.J. (McLeod) has very good road course equipment, so I’m looking forward to a competitive race.”

Additionally, Bilicki and the team would also like to welcome BrookLink as an associate sponsor for Watkins Glen. BrookLink is a non-profit Christian ministry and is based out of Germantown, Wisc.

Steering the team’s flagship No. 78 Chevrolet Camaro this weekend is newcomer Stephen Young.

England-born Young has enjoyed a diverse driving career spanning three decades and raced at circuits all over the world. Continuing to add to his legacy, Young will invade NASCAR with the support of New York-based Wealth Recovery International.

Wealth Recovery International is the leading investigation firm specializing in asset recovery.

Wealth Recovery helps citizens from all over the world recover their money from financial fraud and other scams. This partnership will mark the first time the growing company has engaged in a sponsorship on such a large scale.

The partnership between Young and Wealth Recovery is unique.

Young was conned by an unregulated binary options trading company. A binary option is a financial option in which the payoff is either some fixed monetary amount or nothing at all.

Binary options allow traders to assess whether a stock, currency or commodity’s value will go up or down in the stock market in a selected period. While it is a genuine trading option, the majority of the online platforms have been taken over by scammers who rig the system so that traders lose their money.

“I’m proud to represent Wealth Recovery International on the track this year,” said Young. “I couldn’t have made it through the ordeal of being scammed by binary options brokers without their support and resources.

“I’m looking forward to going to Watkins Glen this weekend and doing B.J. McLeod Motorsports a good job. I’m extremely humbled by the chance to compete in NASCAR and hope it’s the first of many races.”

David Starr, currently ranked 23rd in the XFINITY Series standings complete the three-car BJMM trio. The Houston, Tex. native is set for his second start at WGI and looks to better his 26th place showing after qualifying 34th in August 2015.

For Watkins Glen, B.J. McLeod Motorsports is also proud to welcome the additional support of Bleacher Sports Bar and Grill, ICE-FROST, @CouchCrewChief, Xcalibur Pit School, EPIC Racewear, Oakley, MOMO Motorsport, ZAK Products, Mechanix Wear, Racing Radio, Circle Track Wearhouse and WIX Filters who will serve as associate marketing partners for the team’s 52nd career XFINITY Series race.

The Zippo 200 (250 laps / 218.75 miles) is the 21st of 33 NASCAR XFINITY Series on the 2017 schedule. Practice begins on Fri., Aug. 4 from 12:00 p.m. – 12:55 p.m. A final session has been etched in from 2:30 p.m. – 3:25 p.m. Qualifying is set for race day, Sat., Aug. 5 beginning at 11:05 a.m. The 40-car field will take the green flag shortly after 2:00 p.m. with live coverage on NBC Sports Network (NBCSN), the Motor Racing Network (Radio) and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Satellite Radio, Channel 90). All times are local (Central).
