Daytona, Florida - B.J. McLeod Motorsports (BJMM) is ready to cruise into “The World Center of Racing” for the NASCAR XFINITY Series Independence Day race weekend. BJMM will be featuring a new primary partner on the #5 at Daytona.
“We’re thrilled with the opportunity to partner with B.J. McLeod Motorsports and bring the #5 Covercraft Toyota Supra to Daytona this weekend. Daytona is the World Center of Racing so we are very excited that our world leading brand will be featured under the lights on this Holiday weekend. Our employees around the country are true automotive enthusiasts, just like the drivers and crews in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and their fans. This race gives us the opportunity to showcase our brand and celebrate the holiday weekend with NASCAR fans” said Mark Korros, President and CEO of Covercraft Industries, LLC.
Matt Mills will be piloting the #5 Covercraft Toyota for B.J. McLeod Motorsports at Daytona International Speedway this weekend. “We couldn't be happier to have Covercraft Industries sponsor our racecar at one of the biggest races of the NASCAR XFINITY season,” said B.J. McLeod. “They are a quality company with quality products that any car owner would love. We're going to do our best to give them a great showing on the track and off and make sure that we give it our all over this holiday race weekend.”
The partnership was culminated originally through veteran NASCAR driver JJ Yeley, who will continue to carry the Covercraft flag the remainder of the 2019 calendar year as an official brand ambassador on and off the track. “Working with J.J Yeley for the rest of the year is going to be exciting. His professionalism and experience in the racing world makes him an excellent ambassador for us“, comments Jeff Jegelewicz, Director of Marketing for Covercraft. “I am so very thankful for the opportunity to work with Covercraft this weekend and look forward to our continued partnership as we finish out 2019 and roll in the 2020 NASCAR racing season. I’d like to personally thank Mark, Jeff and all the employees for their support,” said JJ Yeley, and remember – Covercraft is “Protection For Whatever You Drive”
